| Information and Policies Check-in at 3:00 p.m., Check-out at 11:00 a.m. We require a one week notification to cancel a room and must have notification before 6:00 p.m. to guarantee late arrival. All prices are subject to 6.75% NC sales tax and 4% Henderson County occupancy tax. Smoke-free premises. No pets, please. Room rates based on double occupancy, except for family suites, whose occupancy is based on two adults and how ever many children, 13 and under, that the beds will accommodate. Additional guests over 5 years old in rooms add $25. Rollaways available for $25 per night plus tax. Children 5 and under stay free with parents.
